Dua-e-Hajat in Arabic:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ وَأَتَوَجَّهُ إِلَيْكَ بِنَبِيِّكَ مُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّ الرَّحْمَةِ، يَا مُحَمَّدُ إِنِّي أَتَوَجَّهُ بِكَ إِلَى رَبِّي فِي حَاجَتِي هَذِهِ فَتُقْضَى لِي، اللَّهُمَّ شَفِّعْهُ فِيَّ
(Transliteration: Allahumma inni as’aluka wa atawajjahu ilayka binabiyyika Muhammadin nabiyyir-rahmati, ya Muhammadu inni atawajjahu bika ila Rabbi fi hajati hadhihi fatuqda li, Allahumma shaffi’hu fi.)
Translation in English:
“O Allah, I ask You and turn to You through Your Prophet Muhammad, the Prophet of Mercy. O Muhammad, I turn through you to my Lord regarding this need of mine so that it may be fulfilled. O Allah, accept his intercession for me.”
